      Title: Hash Brown Potato Casserole
 Categories: Vegetables
   Servings:  8

      2 lb Frozen hash browns, thawed          1 x  Pepper to taste
      8 oz Sour cream                               TOPPING:
      2 c  Grated Cheddar cheese               1 ea Stick butter
      1 ea Can cream of chicken soup           2 c  Crushed corn flakes
      1 ts Salt

  Combine hash browns, sour cream, soup, sald and pepper.  Spread in a 9 by
  13 inch pan or baking dish.  Make topping by mixing the corn flakes with
  melted margarine.  Sprinkle on top of potatoes.  Bake at 375 degrees for
  30 to 40 minutes untl the potatoes are tender.
