      Title: Hot Ham And Cheese Tortillas
 Categories: Mexican, Meats
   Servings:  4

      2 tb Mayonnaise/salad dressing           4 ea 6" flour tortillas
      1 ts Dried parsley flakes                8 ea 1 oz. slices cooked ham
      1 ts Prepared mustard                    2 c  Shredded cheddar cheese

  In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, parsley and mustard.  Spread on
  tortillas.  Arrange 2 slices of ham and a pile of cheese on top of each
  tortilla.  Rollup and secure with toothpick.

  Place on a microwave safe plate.  Cover with microwave safe paper towel.
  Cook on HIGH until heated through, about 30 seconds per tortilla.
