Use as a dip for tortilla corn chips or use on any Mexican food. IT SURE IS GOOD!!! Everyone that tries this wants the recipe. 2 cans Cajun stewed tomatoes 2 cans Italian stewed tomatoes 1 Gallon canned tomatoes 2 chopped bell peppers 2 chopped red onions 4 stalks celery, chopped garlic powder and salt to taste 2 heaping Tbsp. sugar 3 Tbsp. red vinegar 2 Tbsp. Texas Pete Hot Sauce 2 Jalapeno peppers, chopped Drain all tomatoes and use a blender to chop them into small chunks. Add rest of ingredients just to blend. Put in a large, sealed container and refrigerate. I keep a gallon jar of this in my refrigerator.
