Oriental sesame oil 2 T. brown sugar 1/4 t. cracked peppercorns Meat: 3 lb. beef sirloin, cut in 1" cubes Soy Sauce Dip: 2/3 c. soy sauce 1 T. dark molasses 1 T. light brown sugar Puree all marinade ingredients in a blender and marinate beef in mixture 2 hours. Skewer meat cubes and broil over hot coals, turning frequently and basting occasionally, 5 to 7 minutes or until done to taste. Combine ingredients thoroughly for dip. Serve sate with cooked long grain white rice. Pass a bowl of soy sauce dip.
