      Title: Microwave Bacon and Cheese Quesadillas
 Categories: Mexican, Meats
   Servings:  4

      8 ea Slices bacon                        2 ea To 4 canned green chilies,
      4 ea 10 inch flour tortillas                  Cut in long strips
      1 x  Butter/margarine, softened          1 ea Avocado, peel/wedge sliced
      2 c  Shredded Monterey Jack              1 ea To 2 tomatoes, slice in
      2 c  Shredded cheddar                         Wedges or rings
    1/4 c  Chopped green onions

  Fry bacon. Set aside.  Place 2 tortillas on 2 large microwave plates.
  Spread with butter (optional).  Sprinkle each with 1/2 of the two cheeses,
  onion and bacon.  Arrange chili strips, spoke-fashion on top.  Cover with
  saran wrap.  Microwave on HIGH, 1 at a time, for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes.
  Garnish with avocado and tomato.  Serve immediately.
