Mexican Cheese Puffs
1 C Bisquick Original baking mix
3 tbsp. margarine or butter, softened
3 tbsp. chopped green chilies
1 egg
1 C shredded Cheddar cheese  (4 ounces)

Heat oven to 400 degrees.  Grease cookie sheet.  Mix baking mix, margarine,
chilies and egg in medium bowl.  Stir in cheese.  Drop dough by rounded
teaspoonfuls about 1 inch apart onto cookie sheet.  Bake 10 to 12 minutes or
until golden brown.
