      Title: Mexican Fiesta

   Servings: 16

      2 ea Bags Fritos, rolled                 3 ea Pkg. Taco Flavored Doritos
      1 lg Box instant rice, cooked                 CHILI SAUCE:
      1 x  Chili sauce                         4 lb Hamburger
      1 lb Sharp cheddar, grated               3 ea Onions, chopped
      2 ea Heads lettuce, torn apart           2 ea Cans tomatoes
      7 ea Tomatoes, diced                     1 ea Large can tomato sauce
      3 ea Onions, chopped                     2 ea Small cans tomato puree
      1 ea Jar Spanish olives, chopped         4 tb Chili powder
           Or salad olives                     2 ea To 3 tbsp. powdered garlic
     10 ea To 12 pecans, chopped                    Or garlic salt
      7 ea To 8 oz. coconut                    1 lg Can Ranch style beans
      1 ea Bottle hot sauce

  Chili Sauce:  Cook meat and onion until brown.  Add all other chili sauce
  ingredients and cover.  Simmer for 1 hour, stirring as necessary.  Add
  water if neeeded.  May be frozen.

  Fiesta:  Spread food buffet style.  Layer ingredients in order given except
  for the Doritos.  Use Doritos as an accompaniment.  Serve cake and
  Peppermint ice cream with peppermint candy as dessert.  Serves 16 to 20.
  Great for a Super Bowl party...
