      Title: Mexican Goulash
 Categories: Meats
   Servings:  8

      3 lb Ground chuck                        1 cn Chopped green chilis
      1 sm Onion                                    OTHER STUFF:
      2 ea 7 oz. cans salsa (red sauce)             Regular size Fritos
      7 oz Can water                                Tossed green salad
      1 c  Instant rice                             Grated cheese

  Brown ground beef.  Saute onion and mix with meat.  Add remaining
  ingredients and simmer until rice is done.  Serves 8.  To serve, line up
  meat mixture, regular size Fritos, tossed green salad and grated cheese on
  a buffet.  Let guests layer these on a plate as they go through the line.
  A real hit with college students...
