      1 c  Radicchio leaves                  1/4 c  Olive oil
      1 c  Belgian endive leaves             1/4 c  Raspberry or cranberry
      3 ea Ripe pears, core & dice                  Vinegar
    1/2 c  Raisins or dried cherries           1 tb Orange juice
    2/3 c  Pecan or walnut halves              1 ts Honey
           BERRY VINAIGRETTE:

  Combine salad ingredients.  Whisk together dressing ingredients.  Toss
  dressing with salad just before serving.
