Lightly fluff the inside of the potatoes with a fork. Sprinkle 1 Tbsp. onion, 1 Tbsp. celery, 2 Tbsp. ham, 2 Tbsp. turkey, 2 Tbsp. chicken, 2 Tbsp. cheese and 1 Tbsp. sour cream in each potato. Heat under a broiler for 1 to 2 minutes to melt the cheese. Sprinkle with paprika and serve. Makes 4 servings.
