          Mexican Style Chicken Pie

          1 small onion, chopped fine
          1 T. margarine/butter
          3-4 small tomatoes, peel & chop
          salt/pepper to taste
          2 or more green chili peppers,
            peeled and chopped
          1/2 c. cooked peas, fresh or
            frozen
          1 T. chopped parsley
          2 c. cut up, cooked or canned
            chicken
          unbaked 9" pie crust, with a
            thick outside edge

          Cook onion in fat until tender.  Add tomatoes, salt and
          pepper.  Cook over medium heat until thick.  Stir in rest
          of ingredients.  Pour filling into pie crust.  Bake at 400
          degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until browned.  Serves 4.
