I've just been asked to make a dish for a party and realize I have become 
known for these chips, so I thought I would share these easy-as-pie recipe:

Take frozen Won Ton wrappers, thaw, and cut in half on the diagonal.  Brush 
with garlic oil or melted garlic butter and then sprinkle with just about 
anuthing: hot pepper flakes, cheese, fresh or dried herbs, sesame seeds, soy 
sauce...  bake on cookie sheet at 400 until golden.

These are always a big hit when I have people over and are eaten alone, with 
cheeses, dips or pate.
