Microwave Meatballs
1 lb ground beef
3/4 C dry bread crumbs.
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
2.  Shape into balls about 1 1/2 inches in size.
3.  Place meatballs in an 8 x 8", microwave-safe baking dish.
4.  Cover loosely with waxed paper and microwave on HIGH for
     3 minutes.
5.  Rearrange meatballs.  Microwave another 6 minutes.
6.  Let stand for 3 minutes.  Drain.

     MAKES ABOUT 24.
