      1 ea Box yellow cake mix                      Chopped)
      1 ea Stick melted margarine              8 oz Cream cheese, softened
      3 ea Eggs                                1 ea Box confectioners' sugar
      1 c  To 2 cups pecans (whole or

  Combine cake mix, melted margarine and 1 of the eggs.  Press into greased
  9 by 13 inch pan.  Spread pecans on top of mixture.  Mix remaining 2 eggs,
  cream cheese and confectioners' sugar and spread on top of pecans.  Bake
  at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until golden brown.
