      Title: Oatmeal Scotchies
 Categories: Cookies
   Servings:  1

      1 c  Butter, softened                  1/2 ts Salt
    3/4 c  Sugar                             1/2 ts Cinnamon
    3/4 c  Brown sugar                     1 3/4 c  All purpose flour
      2 ea Eggs                                3 c  Quaker oats (quick or old-
      1 ts Vanilla                                  Fashioned)
      1 ts Baking soda                        12 oz Pkg. butterscotch chips

  Combine butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla and beat until creamy.  Mix in
  baking soda, salt, cinnamon and flour.  Fold in oats and butterscotch
  chips.  Bake cookies (tablespoon size balls) dropped onto cookie sheets
  and baked at 375 degrees for 8 minutes.
