Peanut Butter And Jelly Coffee Cake
2 C Bisquick Baking mix
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 C creamy peanut butter
2/3 C milk
1 egg
1/2 C jelly or jam

Heat oven to 400 degrees.  Grease layer pan, 9 x 1 1/2".  Mix baking mix and
sugar;  cut in peanut butter.  Mix in milk and egg;  beat vigorously 1/2
minute.  Spread in pan.  Spoon jelly onto batter and spread thinly.  Bake 25
to 30 mintues or until light brown.
Serve warm.  8 servings.
