          PINA COLADA SAGA

          2/3 c. honey-roasted macadamias
          1/4 c. flaked coconut
          2 T. light-brown sugar
          2-8 oz. cans crushed pineapple
          9-10 inch round Saga Blue Cheese
          Crackers or sliced French Bread

          In a small bowl, combine coarsely chopped macadamia nuts,
          coconut, brown sugar and drained, crushed pineapple.  Mix
          well and set aside.  Place the cheese on a serving
          platter.  With a long serrated knife, slice the cheese in
          half horizontally.  Remove the top cheese layer  and set
          aside.  Spread half of the pineapple mixture over the cut
          side of the cheese on the platter.  Top with the
          remaining half of the cheese, cut side down.  Serve with
          crackers or French Bread.
