          Pizza Quick

          1 lb. cooked/drained ground beef
          chopped onions and bell peppers
          8 oz. mozzarella, shredded
          1 small can drained mushrooms
          1 jar (8 oz.) Ragu Pizza Quick
            sauce
          2 eggs
          1 c. milk
          1 c. bisquick

          In a 13 X 9 X 2 inch pan, mix the ground beef, onions,
          peppers, mozzarella, mushrooms and sauce.  In a bowl, beat
          the eggs, milk and bisquick.  Beat again and pour on top
          of the mixture in the pan.  Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 425
          degrees.
