Pudding Dessert
Ist Layer:
1/2 C  (1 stick)  butter
1 C flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 C chopped pecans

Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 mins.

2nd Layer:
8oz cream cheese
1/2 tub  (4 oz) cool whip

3rd layer:
1 can Thank You Chocolate pudding

Top with remaining cool whip  (4oz) and chopped pecans
