          RAVE REVIEWS APPLE SALAD

          2 c. chopped apples, cored but
            unpeeled
          21 oz. can crushed pineapple,
            undrained
          21 oz. can fruit cocktail, drain
          2 c. miniature marshmallows
          1 c. coconut
          1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries
          1 c. chopped pecans
          1 pt. whipping cream, whipped

          In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except whipped
          cream.  Mix well.  Fold in whipped cream until well
          blended.  Garnish with additional coconut, nuts and
          cherries and refrigerate overnight.  Makes 10-15
          servings.
