      Title: Sausage Meal In A Dish
 Categories: Meats
   Servings:  6

           Sliced Irish potatoes               1 cn Cream style corn
           Sliced onions                            Blobs of ketchup
           Salt to taste                            Sausage patties

  In a baking dish, place 3 to 4 layers sliced Irish potatoes, about 2
  layers sliced onions.  Salt to taste.  Add 1 can of cream style corn and
  blobs of ketchup or other tomato product. Top with sausage patties.  Bake
  at 325 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours or until forking to the bottom shows
  potatoes are cooked.
