This recipe doesn't have any specific measures...you just have to eye-ball it
and taste as you go, depending on how many servings you're making.

Ingredients:

potatoes
sour creme
butter
green onions
bacon bits
salt
pepper
chedder cheese

Peel and cut potatoes. Place in pot with some salt and boil for about 20
minutes.  Drain water.  Add a couple of spoons of butter and mix with a fork.
Add a couple of spoons of sour creme and mix until blended.  Salt and pepper
to taste.  Add in bacon bits.  Chop green tops of onions and add.  Mix well.
Spoon into baking dish and cover with cheese.  Bake in 350 degree oven for
about ten minutes, or until cheese is melted.
