Spicy Mocha Mix
This has a wonderful aroma when heated!  For extra excitement, try garnishing
with white chocolate curls.

1/2 C sugar
1/4 C powdered or freeze-dried instant coffee  (dry)
1/4 C cocoa
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg

Place all ingredients in blender.  Cover and blend on high speed 15 seconds;
stir.  Cover and blend about 15 seconds longer or until completely mixed.
Store in a tightly covered container at room temperature up to 6 months.
About 1 cup mix.  (24 servings.)

For each serving, place 2 to 3 teaspoons mix in cup or mug and fill with 2/3
cup boiling water;  stir. Add creamer or whipped cream if desired.  For 6
servings, place 1/4 to 1/3 cup mix in heatproof container and add 4 cups
boiling water.

TO MICROWAVE:  For each serving, stir 2 to 3 teaspoons mix into 2/3 cup water
in microwavable cup or mug.  Microwave uncovered on high for 1 - 2 minutes or
until hot;  stir.

MOCHA MIX:  Decrease cocoa to 2 tablespoons and omit spices.
