Cover and refrigerate 12 to 24 hours. Grill 3 to 4 inches from hot coals, basting frequently with marinade, for about 20 minutes, 10 minutes per each side, or to desired doneness. Slice steak thinly on the diagonal before serving. Serves 6-8.
