Stuffing Lasagna
 Serves 6
 Prep time 15 min
 cooking time 40min

1/2 lb lean ground beef
2 cups spaghetti sauce, divided
1/2 cup water
3 cups STOVE TOP Chicken flavor stuffing mix in the canister
1 egg
1 container (15 oz) ricotta cheese
2 TBS grated Parmesan cheese
1&1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.  Brown meat in large skillet on meduim-high.
Add stuffing mix; stir just to moisten. Remove from heat.
2. Beat egg in meduim bowl; stir in ricotta & Parmesan cheeses.  Spoon 1/2 of
the stuffing mixture evenly into 8 in" square baking dish. Spoon 1/2 the
cheese mixture over stuffing mixture.  Top with 1/2 cup each mozarella cheese
& sauce.  Repeatlayers with remaining stuffing & cheese mixtures, 1/2 cup
sauce & 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
3.  Bake 40 min or until hot & bubbly.  Let stand 5 min. 4 . Enjoy!
