Hi Kent: haven't tried this one, looks like the short cut method, but
maybe it will give you some ideas.


---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.00

      Title: WHITE CHILI
 Categories: Main dish, Poultry, Soups
      Yield: 10 servings

      2 T  Vegetable oil                       2 t  Oregano, ground
      1 md Onion, white, finely chopped        2 t  Coriander, ground
      1 cn Green chilies, chopped (4oz)      1/2 t  Cayenne pepper
      1 t  Garlic powder                       2 cn Great northern beans 15.8oz
      2 t  Salt                                2 cn Chicken, drained (5oz ea)
      2 t  Cumin, ground

  In a large stock pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions; saute until
  brown. Add next 7 ingredients; stir until blended. Stir in remaining
  ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes
  or until heated through.
