I call it Yum Yum because it is YUMMY YUMMY! I've had people who hate pineapple or bananas beg for more! 2 sticks butter 2 cups chopped pecans 2 cups self rising flour 8 oz. cream cheese 1 cup powdered sugar 1 cup whipped topping 2 large packages instant vanilla pudding 4 cups milk banana slices to cover pudding 1 large can crushed pineapple 12 os container whipped topping Mix butter, flour and pecans. Press into the bottom of a 13 by 9 by 2 inch pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees on the center rack of your oven. Let cool. Cream together the cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup whipped topping. Spread on the cooled crust evenly. Mix instant vanilla puddings with 4 cups milk until thickened. Spread over cream cheese layer. Put banana slices over top of pudding layer, completely covering the layer. Spread crushed pineapple (drained) over the banana slices. Top all with whipped cream. Chill until ready to serve. Enjoy!
