Description:

This tileset highlights "rondelles" from around the world. A rondelle
is a marking identifying a country's military aircraft. The countries 
represented are, for the most part, the same as in Nels Anderson's 
original "FLAGS.TIL". Substitutions have been made for countries which
no longer exist (e.g. Czechoslovakia), are out of order (e.g. Cuba),
or do not have an air force (e.g. Iceland).
