0.0 - Mar 1986. First release of LoansMgr, for the QUNIX operating
      system, running on a NABU 1600.

0.1 - Sep 1990. Second release of LoansMgr. Port of the 0.0 release to
      the HP-UX environment.

1.0 - Aug 1993. Third release of LoansMgr. Port of the 0.1 code to the 
      MS-DOS 5.0, 6.0, and 6.2 environment.

2.2 - Jan 1994. Third release of LoansMgr. Complete rework of the
      LoansMgr user interface, moving it from line oriented to full
      screen, addition of new capabilities (variable payment intervals,
      additional principal payments, profile files), and a host of
      small enhancements and bug fixes.

2.3 - Feb 1994. Fourth release of LoansMgr. Added ability to solve for
      interest rate, support for variable interest compounding periods,
      and minor robustness changes and enhancements.

2.4 - Feb 1994. Internal optimization, improved string support, and new
      Setup menu, allowing users to control the formatting of the 
      amortization schedule. New ability to add user-defined titles to
      amortization files. New "Payout Summary" feature for amortization
      schedule menu, and amortization files. Finally, additions to the
      LOANSMGR.INI file, to allow control of the border color.
