Jailbird v2.11 <ASP> - Entertaining program to create and print replicas of 
"vanity" license plates.

Long:

Jailbird v2.11 <ASP> - JAILBIRD is an entertaining program which allows you 
to create replicas of "vanity" license plates on your screen, and 
optionally print them out on a printer. You can configure your plate for 
any of the 50 United States. Each state includes the current state slogan. 
You can configure your own colors for the on-screen display, the also print 
those colors if you have a supported color printer. JAILBIRD should operate 
on virtually any computer system which has a VGA monitor and card (or 
better) and a mouse.

All people are permitted and encouraged to give copies of the complete 
Jailbird package to friends and co-workers as long as no fee is charged.

Disk vendors who are Approved Vendor Members of the Association of 
Shareware Professionals (ASP) may, without prior permission, include the 
Jailbird package in their libraries and distribute evaluation copies via 
mail order and direct sales for their normal disk fees. Disk vendors who 
are not members of the ASP, and vendors wishing to sell the Jailbird 
package on in-store racks or on CD-ROM collections *MUST* obtain written 
permission before distributing Jailbird.

All Bulletin Boards and Electronic Communications Services may post the 
Jailbird package for downloading by their customers unless notified 
otherwise by us.

Non-profit user groups may include the Jailbird package in their libraries 
and distribute evaluation copies for their normal disk fees unless notified 
otherwise by us.

All others, including anyone interested in bundling the Jailbird package 
with hardware or software sales, must obtain the permission and a license 
before distributing. Third party, consultant, and VAR licenses and multiple 
system site licenses are available. We can also arrange for a customized 
version if you need it.
