The following files are included and necessary to run the PICK 3 lotto
program:

lotto.exe   -   The executable file
lotto.doc   -   The doccument file - formatted to print
files.txt   -   This file
pick3.dat   -   Sample pick3.dat file (Actual Texas Lotto file)
pick6.dat   -   Sample pick6.dat file (Actual Texas Lotto file)

The required files to run must be in the default drive and directory and
are:

lotto.exe
pick3.dat
pick6.dat
