   ICO2BMP is a tool for converting icons to bitmaps (of the same name). It will automatically
convert one or a list of icon files to bitmap files giving the resulting bitmap files the same 
name as the icon files with a >bmp extension. ICO2BMP is also a handy tool for see you icon
files. By moving to a directory with multiple icon files you can use the arrow ketys to move
through the list of icons while seeing each as the selection bar highlights the icon name.

   The files contained in the zip are:

	1. VBRUN300.DLL (Optional) - Necessary for running but you may have had it already
					and downloaded the version without VBRUN300.DLL. If
					you have Visual Basic for Windows installed on your 
					system you already have the file.
	2. THREED.VBX - Necessary for the 3-D effects.
	3. ICO2BMP.EXE - The program executable
	4. ICO2BMP.HLP - Windows helpfile for ICO2BMP
	5. README.TXT - This file.

   Copy ICO2BMP.EXE and ICO2BMP.HLP into a directory of your choice. VBRUN300.DLL and 
THREED.VBX should be copied to your Windows directory or your Windows/System directory.

   To setup the ICO2BMP simply add it to an existing Windows Group or create a new 
Windows Group and add the ICO2BMP.EXE to the  by running Program Manager File New add
program item and selecting ICO2BMP.EXE from the browse dialog box after moving to the
drive and directory which contains the program and help file.
