Deleting application prompts for OK to delete history
databases of application.  This is changed from the
previous way of showing the databases in a listbox.

Added "What's New..." option in main popup when a new
release of this software is installed.  It spawns the
notepad to read the WHATSNEW.TXT file in the IFA
directory.

You can now close a floater by double clicking in
the system menu area of the floater.

Fixed problem with application title parser.

Added File Lists in History database system.  Lists
of files of the specified wildcard can be input
as one string, such as D:\MP\*.CPP and will show
up as all files in D:\MP that have the CPP type.
This is used for Floaters and Permanent file lists.

Moved the COMMDLG.INI and CD_FOUND.FIL internal files
to the IFA directory instead of the Windows directory.
Although, current installations with those files
in the Windows directory will still work. You may
move the COMMDLG.INI file to your IFA directory if
you wish.

Made text search more aware of its running state. Runs

Added ability to copy found files into the clip board or
the main popup menu.

Added prompt to ask to clear main popup found list when
clearing found file list.

When the Types combo box is dropped down then closed,
the last file type is updated to reflect the current
selection in the combo box, rather than what was
in the "File" field at the time.
