To install 'Lectric Toolbox copy BWCC.DLL into the \WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory.
Copy the other files into the subdirectory of your choice.  It is a good 
idea to add the subdirectory to the PATH line in your AUTOEXEC.BAT file.
