Just be the SysOp of a local BBS.

Beta Testers:

1.  Complete and upload BETATEST.TXT and REGISTER.TXT file.
2.  Must have a BBS in the San Diego area.
3.  Will Receive a free registration number.
4.  Must send 3 completed games, (GAME00x.DAT GAME00x.HIS)
    and the LOG.TXT to Programming++ BBS
    (Note:  GAME00x.DAT and GAME00x.HIS will be automatically deleted
    in 7 days after completion)
