Replace your PCBoard Standard loggon graphics prompt with this PPE
To replace type in place of the standard #149 prompt in pcbtext file with
the following line:   !D:\PCB\PPL\GRAPHIC.PPE

This allows callers to be empressed by your use of the  New Satellite 
Services offered to sysops aswell as auto detect there terminal software
type.

Non-Ansi Detection.

This one will auto-stuff the keyboard for the caller and send them
right to the First name prompt after showing the logon screen.

I had a few Sysops that wanted to see a twerly bird instead of echoing 
dots so I decided to that for them with this update.

Also I had a few sysops that wanted the "Downlink in Progress statment" 
after the "Do you want graphics" prompt, so again I thought I would make
that change for them.
