To install IP Manager, do the following:

1. Copy all DLL and VBX files to 
   \WINDOWS\SYSTEM or appropriate 
   directory.

2. Copy all other files to any other directory.

3. Add the line C:\DOS\SHARE.EXE /L:500 to your
   AUTOEXEC.BAT. (Share must load before Windows)
   [Ignore this step if you're running Windows for Workgroups 3.11
    or have VSHARE.386 loaded.]

4. Add an icon in program manager.


You may try IP Manager for 21 days.  If at
the end of the trial period you do not 
purchase IP Manager, it must be deleted.
