Prints forum and mail messages in user defined format

The following options have been added:

Select page size (letter,legal,executive,a4)
Select paper orientation
Select number of columns (1,2)
Select font (proportional at different sizes, fixed)
Set borders (left, right, top, bottom)
Set distance between columns
Select page header type
Set spacing between lines
Choose if forum section name is printed
Choose if CIS-Mail is marked with an icon
Choose if highlighted text is printed normal, bold or underlined
