The PPLD-APP.PPE is written for FidoNet nodes.

Purpose: Allow other sysops to receive PPLD applications and
 forward them to Night*Watch BBS for processing.

Method: sysop installs PPE, user answers PPE questionaire, message
 is generated and forwarded via echomail.

Installation: 
   Install the PPE anywhere you desire on your board. (CMD.LST is
 recommended.)  

   Setup a separate conference for PPLD applications.  This should not
 be available for reading to users as sysop's voice phone numbers are 
 included in the messages generated.

  Create a config file with the same name as the PPE with a .CFG extender.
      Only two lines in the config file:
          1- the confernce number of your PPLD application confernce.  
          2- your QWK packet name

FidoNet:
  Establish an echo area with the tag PPL-APP.  Assign your PPLD
    applications conference to this echo.  Forward all mail in this echo
    to 1:320/44.  (Note: this is a one-way echo.  You do not need to
    areafix the conference. Mo mail will be returned via this conference.)

QWK:
  The conference number for Applications on my system is 155.
