Visual BBS is designed for businesses, groups and individuals who want
to provide easy to use, yet powerful online communication.  Visual BBS
is easier to use than standard Bulletin Board Software and is less
expensive than E-Mail systems.  With its unique graphical interface,
Visual BBS makes sharing files, accessing files on a network, or sending
E-Mail simple and quick.  Use Visual BBS in many ways, such as online
technical support, support for field representatives,  a computerized
catalog, and telecommuting. 

The package comes with the Host and Access software.  The Host software 
includes a file manager, text editor, and account manager for
customizing each user's access privileges.  The Host software
accommodates up to 1000 E-Mail accounts. 

The Access software includes a local and remote file viewer, file
manager, and a sophisticated E-Mail system.  The Access software
provides a flexible means of transferring files, either with the file
manager or along with E-Mail. The E-Mail supports off-line editing and
viewing, and automatic downloading of messages.  The File Manager 
features a split-screen interface which displays both the local and
remote directories and files.

You are permitted to freely disribute the Access software to your BBS
users via floppy disk, or by allowing them to download a copy from the
