CFR is now being released as Freeware.

     Not Public Domain or Shareware.  This means, that I retain all
the rights to this program.  Anyone is personally welcome to use CFR
to benefit the cause of genealogical research.  Anyone may distribute
CFR (without modification) to others and may charge a reasonable and
normal price for disk media, mailers and postage.  Commercial computer
on-line services may allow appropriate distribution through the normal
course of their business.

     I do request that you send a postcard or letter to: Ernest Esplin,
P.O. Box 278, Sheridan OR. 97378-0278.  Please include your; name,
address and comments if you so desire.  This will give me some feedback
of the usage of CFR and interest it is generating.  Thank you for your
