This update fixes many problems with the program and adds numerous features, streamlines others, and adds a more consistent professional look and structure to the environment amongst its many features.  The new features are listed below.  I'll won't provide a list of bug fixes since there are many.  

This program should not be used unless you are using the 0.99b version of Win Gen.  This archive name is WGNUPDT1.zip.  The four other required files are WGN099a.zip, WGN099B.zip, WGN099C.zip, WGN099D.zip.  You should extract all the files from the WGN099x.zip files into a directory and then extract this WGNUPDT1.zip over those files.
