Quick and Easy Lacey loral Candleholders for Weddings, Showers
   or Any Holiday Occassion

4" width styrofoam balls, cut in half, makes 2 holders
3 1/2 yards of 2 inch lace per holder.
   Lace should have strong binding at top.
1 yard of color coodinated ribbon per candle holder
metal 3 prong candle supports
Nail file
Floral Wire
Dried Florals
Dripless Candle(s)

Cut styrofoam ball in half.

Placing flat side down on table, scoop out a 1/2 inch hole
in rounded top portion. Push 3 pronged metal candle holder into hole.

Starting at base of the styrfoam, wrap lace around, "punching" binding
of lace into the styrofoam approximatley every 3/4". DO this for 5
rows. Cut lace.

Take a 10" length of lace, postion top binding DOWN to touch with
top of last row, punch and gather into place around. This peiece will
then be standing up.

Between the 5th row and the above row, pinch and gather ribbon, trim off.

Make bow of ribbon, tied off with thin wire. Attach bow off center at the
top by pushing wire stem into styrofoam.

Add dried florals to top and around bow area with glue or straight pins.

Place DRIPLESS candle in holder.
