    Thumb Print Software does not directly handle credit card 
    registrations. PsL (Public software Library) handles all credit card 
    registrations for Thumb Print Software. You can use your MC Visa AmEx 
    or Discover card when registering through PsL.
    
    PsL notifies Thumb Print Software of a registration and Thumb Print 
    Software ships your registered package within 48 hours. If there is a 
    delay you will be notified by Thumb Print Software. PsL handles only 
    the credit card registrations; they DO NOT answer any technical 
    questions - settle any disputes about the program - answer any 
    questions you may have regarding site licensing - dealer discounts 
    etc. You must contact Thumb Print Software for everything except 
    registering by credit card.
