        Registration Fees - Windows News for Networks
        ---------------------------------------------
                     Effective  02/27/94
     
     Thank you for your interest in Windows News for
     Networks.  You are required to register one copy of the
     software for each computer on which it is used; the fee
     for registration depends on the total number of
     computers which will use Windows News for Networks on
     one file server.  FOR LOCAL AREA NETWORKS, ONE COPY
     MUST BE LICENSED FOR EACH COMPUTER THAT IS ATTACHED TO
     THE NETWORK AND A SEPARATE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR
     EACH FILE SERVER.  To determine the registration fee,
     apply the total number of computers to the price
     schedule below:
     
   Single Server Registration for up to    5 PCs   $   25
   Single Server Registration for up to   15 PCs   $   50
   Single Server Registration for up to   30 PCs   $   75
   Single Server Registration for up to   50 PCs   $  100
   Single Server Registration for up to   75 PCs   $  125
   Single Server Registration for up to  100 PCs   $  150
   Single Server Registration for up to  200 PCs   $  250
   Single Server Registration for up to  500 PCs   $  500
   Single Server Registration for up to 1000 PCs   $  750
     
     Example 1:     A Local Area Network with a single file
               server and 20 PCs attached would be
               registered for $75
     
     Example 2:     A Local Area Network with two file
               servers would require two separate
               registrations.  If one file server primarily
               serviced 85 users and the other server
               primarily serviced 190 users then the
               registrations would be $150 and $250
               respectively.  The two registrations combined
               would be $400.

     Registered users will receive notification of major
     upgrades.  Minor upgrades will be furnished upon
     request.  Upgrades for registered users will be free
     for 1 year.
     
     Program and message customization is available at a fee
     of $75 per hour, with a two-hour minimum charge.
