  One Line Description:

       Simple display for 1 megabyte video cards!
   
  Longer Description:
  ------------------- 
  
       This program is a very simple little display for one meg, 24 bit
       color video cards. It will run if (and only if) your video card
       supports the 640 by 480 by 24 bit color mode.
   
       SIXTEEN.EXE will _not_ run on a plain VGA card!
   
       The program draws four lines across the screen, and these lines are
       always changing color. The lines are drawn in a very smooth "weave"
       pattern, and the final result is very clearly "This is not VGA!".
   
  Getting Started:
  ---------------- 
  
       When you start the program, there is a intro/menu screen, and then
       you can press 1, 2, 3, or ESC. While the lines are being drawn,
       press any key to get back to the menu again.
   
       To completely skip the menu screen, use these command lines:
            SIXTEEN 1
            SIXTEEN 2
            SIXTEEN 3
   
       Speed 1 has a long delay, and is very slow. Speed 2 has a short
       delay. Speed 3 has no delay at all!
   
  Distribution Restrictions:

       This program may be copied, shared, and used by individuals without
       any charge - it's FREE! In fact, with the exception of this one very
       long sentence, there aren't even any sales pitches to promote any of 
       the author's world famous education programs (like Googol Math Games,
       Lugnut City, Wolfie's Music Games) that you might want to buy, or
       maybe just write in and ask for information about!
   
       Shareware distributors may distribute this program, but NOT all by
       itself on a floppy disk. Please put it on a disk with some other
       miscellaneous graphics programs. That's because it isn't fair to
       charge someone full price for a disk that's 80% empty!
