* Install procedure now updates registration line for already registered users

* Bug fix - CLRIGHT will not freeze the system when the left and active button
  are accidently pressed together.

* Single click now displays default task manager and date, time, memory via new
  program (TASKSTAT).

* CLRIGHT no longer attempts to load and run a program from disk if it already
  resides in memory.

* CLRIGHT now continuously monitors memory and resources and displays a warning
  message via TASKSTAT when memory falls below settings specified in WIN.INI.
