Install the uncompressed files as follows:

C-Lock.EXE     Copy to a suitable 'tools' directory
SBCKBD.VBX     Copy into C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM (or SYSTEM directory if different)
DWSPYDLL.DLL   Copy into C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM (or SYSTEM directory if different)
THREED.VBX     Copy into C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM (or SYSTEM directory if different)

VBRUN300.DLL   Copy into C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM (or SYSTEM directory if different)
               Not included in ZIP file.  Widely available from CompuServe
               forums.

All other files are incidental and not required to run the program.  The Help 
file C-LOCK.HLP gives instructions on use, but is not linked with the application.
