If ordering by credit card the following information must be provided:

The cardholder's name and address and telephone number
The card type
The card number
The card expiry date

For all orders the following information is required:

The quantity of each product
The name of the product (and edition were applicable)

Please note that all UK order must include VAT at the current rate.

All orders from the EEC outside the UK must specify a VAT number if the 
customer is register for VAT, or a statement specifying that the customer 
is not registered for VAT.
