Fortsav - A fortune printing screen saver

I saw a screen saver on a Macintosh a little while ago that instead of
having fish/toasters/lawnmowers flying across the screen produced fortune
cookie messages in a little window.  As I rather liked it and hadn't seen
a saver on the PC that did the same thing I decided to write one.

The fortunes are held in a plain ASCII file with each message separated
by a percent (%) sign (that's the way Unix fortune files are laid out, and
as the included file was 'borrowed' from the Linux fortune program I kept
it that way).
